John was a founder of SEG and has participated in condo conversions in Arizona, Mississippi and Texas. SEG later bought and sold over 600 foreclosed homes nationwide and in the process donated 25 homes to families that lost both their home and their credit in the 2008 market crash.
Next Mr. Powell joined Warrior Golf and assisted in the purchase of 20 golf courses located all around the U.S. He later founded Propdrop.com, a platform that offered foreclosed properties internationally. In the last few years John raised money for the farming industry in Colorado. He has a working knowledge of both the Real Estate and farming industries. He acknowledges that farmland is a superior investment opportunity that produces both cash flow and equity.
