LikeRoyalty
Thank you for visiting Royalty Farms. We combine passionate entrepreneurs who have built high growth real estate funds, industry-leading farming and agricultural businesses, and successfully developed large scale industrial and natural resource projects globally. We carefully curate a network of partners operating at the forefront of cultivation, product development, legislation, and compliance within the North American regulated industry.
Currently eighty percent of U.S. farmland is not owned by the farmer. We offer fractional ownership in successful agricultural farms making it possible to participate in this lucrative space. There is always a large demand for agricultural product, giving the fractional owner a consistent and predictable quarterly income. This will also create a strong hedge against inflation. Our team is knowledgeable in both real estate and the agricultural markets allowing us to choose the best opportunities available.

OurCEO
JOHN POWELL
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Powell is a big believer in Real Estate. His favorite quote is that “the best investment on earth is earth”. John was a founder of SEG and has participated in condo conversions in Arizona, Mississippi and Texas. SEG later bought and sold over 600 foreclosed homes nationwide and in the process donated 25 homes to families that lost both their home and their credit in the 2008 market crash.
Next Mr. Powell joined Warrior Golf and assisted in the purchase of 20 golf courses located all around the U.S. He later founded Propdrop.com, a platform that offered foreclosed properties internationally. In the last few years John raised money for the farming industry in Colorado. He has a working knowledge of both the Real Estate and farming industries. He acknowledges that farmland is a superior investment opportunity that produces both cash flow and equity.

This provides invaluable insight into the quality and longevity of each investment opportunity.
Royalty Farms’ alternative investment targets superior risk-adjusted rates of return from a non-correlated asset class that applies traditional commercial real estate lease finance to an underserved, yet highly profitable marketplace.
